Millennial Mental Health Channel

We met back in 2016 while each of our significant others attended optometry  school together. At the time, Eddie was finishing up his masters program to become a therapist and Justin was in med school figuring out what he wanted to specialize in. Eventually, Justin found his passion for psychiatry.

In 2017, Eddie graduated with his MA in Applied Psychological Science and became a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon in 2020.

Dr. Justin graduated from medical school in 2018, completed his general psychiatry training in 2021, and completed his child and adolescent fellowship in 2023. He became Board Certified in general psychiatry in 2022 and in child and adolescent psychiatry in 2023.

We always talked about wanting to do a podcast together so here we are. Since 2019, we have been working on Millennial Mental Health Channel as a way to discuss the world of mental health while make it easy to understand and enjoyable for our listeners. MMHC - by millennials, for everyone!
